Questions, answered

Is Waitday free?

Yes. Waitday is free to download and your first 3 countdowns are free forever. Waitday Premium adds unlimited countdowns, with weekly, monthly and yearly plans; the weekly plan can start with a free trial.

How do I restore my Premium purchase?

Open Waitday, go to Settings and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you bought Premium with. Restoring is free.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple and Google. On iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android, open the Play Store → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancel at least a day before the next renewal, or before a free trial ends, to avoid being charged.

Why didn’t my reminder arrive?

Check that notifications are allowed for Waitday in your phone’s settings, and that Focus or Do Not Disturb isn’t silencing them. In Waitday, Settings → Notifications shows whether alerts are on.

How do I add the Waitday widget?

On iPhone, touch and hold an empty spot on your home screen, tap Edit → Add Widget and choose Waitday. On Android, touch and hold the home screen, tap Widgets and drag Waitday onto it.

Will my countdowns move to a new phone?

Your countdowns are stored only on your phone; there’s no Waitday account or cloud sync. They move to a new phone with your phone’s own backup and restore (iCloud or Google backup).

How do I delete my data?

Delete a countdown by opening it and tapping the bin. Deleting the app removes everything Waitday stored on your phone. We don’t keep copies of your countdowns.
